Something needs to be done, sooner than later. This is unexplainable!

The hours state that walk-in hours are until 4pm. I walked in at 3:40pm to get a prescription refill as I am currently all out of my medication. I was then told that “I’m going to have to come back another day because they aren’t taking another patient because they want to leave.” I told them that I work 9:30-5:30 M-F and this was the only day I could do it for the next few weeks, and again, told me “they’re not doing it, and I need to read the hours on the door.” The door was unlocked, hours stated until 4pm. I notified them that they need to change the hours then because they are indeed open until 4, which they started raising their voice at me saying that no, despite what the door says, they’re closed and not helping me. I guess I’m going to be out of my medication because they refused to give me service because they wanted to leave. Sorry I work a full-time job where I cannot come during your preferred hours. Considering I am a student and my tuition pays for this facility, I am ashamed that money goes toward that.

Belinda Heywood is by far the best, most caring, compassionate doctor we have had in a very long time. She cares about each and every single patient she has, she goes above and beyond to help you and get to the bottom of what is going on. She is always on top of your medical care even if you are referred to a specialist she stays involved and on top of your treatment. You will never fall through the cracks with her. She literally treats every patient as if they were her family and goes out of her way to provide the care you're need. She doesn't rush you in or out, she takes the time to answer all of your questions, and her staff is just as amazing and caring as she is. Amazing doctor, wonderful practice and staff. Definitely not what it used to be and that's they best thing that could have happend to UT Campus Medical Center.

I just recently had my first visit here with Belinda and her staff. They were on time taking me back to the exam room and the MA was very efficient and polite. Belinda, the PA-C, is attentive, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this health care center for all of your needs.

I have been seeing Belinda Heywood for many years now. I have never had a bad experience with her. She is caring, compassionate and goes above and beyond to help each and every patient of hers. She is the best health care provider I have ever seen. This location is very convenient and easy to get an appointment! You won’t be sorry choosing her or this clinic.
